Herralink’s Ambassador Program

Herralink Ambassadors are volunteers in high school or college who represent their community & lead weekly activities at a senior community.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead 1 activity per week at a senior community (each activity is 1 hour)

  • Recruit 2 new volunteers each month

  • Represent your school or local area

  • Attend a monthly ambassador meeting

Time commitment is about 1.5 hours a week

What you get:

  • Letter of recommendation

  • Extra service hours

  • Resume + college application boost

  • Reference for future jobs

We’re looking for ambassadors from the following schools:

  • Colombia University (New York)

  • University of Virginia

  • George Mason

  • Georgetown University

  • Marymount University

  • American University

  • George Washington University

  • Howard University

  • Trinity Washington University

  • Gallaudet University

  • University of the District of Colombia
